Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,606 Likes: 2 | I have been drinking a gallon or more water since about 1995 and even drinking a lot just before bed, I still don't get up in the middle of the night. I sleep 4-7 hrs daily, no naps. Get up around 4:45 or 5 and go pee. I saw a great chart on hormone cycles as your body comes out of sleep. Interesting how it cycles back up.
