I find that I still use anti-anx med and I'm encourage to do so. The guys at the Western private Hospital at Footsgrey are so good, after every treatment they ask if you want to chat about anything , one thing they did put me on to and I'm not sure if this gel is available or called something different outside Australia but SM-33GEL is great and starts to work numbing straight away and really helps with cheek and gum pain , it is very common for use with babies when they are teething , it's a soothing, antiseptic gel specially for inflamed gums and mouth tissue and only costs a couple of dollars. Take care all and be positive

Thanks for the tip, it may help other Australians.
Hope you are doing ok with your intake. Thats the one thing you have the power to control. By taking in at least 2500 calories and 48 oz of water daily you should stay ahead of the game and get thru this easier.
Best wishes!
