I have a hardish lump right at back of lingual space deep inside the floor of mouth by back molar area. Could this be a torus? It hasnt grown since i felt it and thought it was a stone four months ago.
Has anyone had one similar to this? I read that they can appear in adulthood and can be cause by teeth grinding which i do a lot in my sleep.
I am disturbed because i have a lymph node in neck that whilst squishy and not grown in size hasnt gone down for months. However been told i have lpr reflux causing inflammation of larynx so perhaps reacting to that?
Can anyone comment?

Only a thorough exam will be able to determine what you have in your mouth. Have you been to an ENT that specializes in oral cancer? What did the doctor who gave you the other diagnosis say this lump was?
