I made a second appointment with an ENT at the U of MN, a cancer center, and as soon as he sat down he asked "If you would like we could cancel your appointment and save you some money." What, does he think I drove 3 hours to not have my appointment. He must not of even looked at my paperwork, I had wrote down the reason being there for the visit was because of a sore throat that has been going on for over months.
Very disappointed, no scope and left with him telling my it may be acid reflux but I find that hard to believe since I don't have heartburn or any other symptoms.

That will also cause the side effects mentioned, and can go to the esophagus, elsewhere, if not treated properly. Also avoiding alcohol, sugar, fruits, processed foods, yeast products will help.

I went through my primary, ENT, and an Oral Surgeon all dismissed this little lesion under my tongue. It wasn't till a year and a half later when I was between a stage 1 and 2 that all of a sudden my primary took notice when it was painful to eat. I didn't mess around with anyone in my town anymore. I went to Moffitt Cancer Center which is 2 hours from me to have surgery and treatment. I was examined, was told a stage 2, surgery was scheduled, and my radiation starts on Sept. 3rd.
