Hi I'm scott, I just went through my first week of 5. I'm just worried about what to expect in my week off, and weeks ahead. I keep thinking of the worst, but trying to keep my head on stright.Ikeep telling myslf i;m going to be fine at the end of this. But on the other hand i'm scared to death.
Thanks Scott

Scott,

It's a pretty good bet that everybody here understands the fear. For me, it was much worse at the begining. Fortunately, it got better over time... I sincerely hope you are able to say the same.

Ken

Scott,

Welcome to the neighborhood. Tell us some more about yourself. What type of cancer, staging, treatment plan, etc.?

Try to think ahead what life may be like without all you are going through right now. Think about the great food, the lack of doctors, hospitals, etc. Fear is certainly something we all experience through this. Many of us never get past the fear of the unknown but just learn to live for now, waiting for the next doctor appointment.

Remember, as of the day you were officially diagnosed, YOU ARE A SURVIVOR! Just like everyone that has traveled the road ahead of you, you are also a WARRIOR!

Best wishes!

Ed
