Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 12 | I'm looking for some guidance on what type of doctor (oral surgeon or ENT specializing in oral cancer or perhaps other?) to go to for follow up every three months to check my neck and throat for new growths. I want to stay on top of this and of course want someone to examine me for any new abnormalities.

Of course, you can always make an appt. if anything unusual pops up. It's also good to have an established relationship with an ENT, which saves time for any testing, procedures, appt., knows your history, and observations. Good luck.
