Now I have discovered a gallery of ORAL LICHEN PLANUS, and a layman could never distinguish between these pictures and the Oral Cancer gallery. Before you get your biopsy results, in many cases one can hope it might be non-malignant ORAL LICHEN PLANUS. In my case characteristic "streaks" may indicate Lichen rather than OC. (Hopefully!)
