Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 18 | Hey guys. Its been a minute since I have visited but it is so good to know that I can come back "home" and find all the info I am looking for from some of the bravest people.
Having said that, I have read in a couple of different posts something about a cookbook? I did a search and did not come up with anything definitive. I would love to be able to actually feed my husband foods again. He survives on chocolate milk and whatever he can swallow that day since it changes often.
Any information on how to order this cookbook would be great!!

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.

Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 3,267 Likes: 4 | I have hundreds of recipes. Currently I'm on the "See Food" and "Bucket list" diet lol, so the health aspect is not too much a concern for me, but I mostly use fresh anyway, and many ingredients can be substituted.
The National Institute of Health, NIH, also has a publication, "Eating Hints. Before, During, and After Cancer Treatments" which is pretty good info with 68 pages.
