Well I have a tooth, buttom right, last molar.
So the last few weeks I have noticed a few things. My last molar started hurting like a long time ago...But noticed today that it has actually moved, out and like..crooked.

There are also a few lumps/bumps on the inside of my mouth near the molar that moved. Also an ulcer of some sort.

Anyone else have these symptoms?

The patients here who have had their teeth move or become crooked are usually a direct result from having radiation treatments for oral cancer. Since this is not the case in your situation, I would suggest checking with your dentist.

The previous advice about seeing an ENT still stands. Find one who is experienced in treating oral cancer patients. Any spot or sore inside your mouth that is there for 2 weeks or longer needs to be checked by a professional. If you are smoking that will have an impact on everything you are experiencing. It could be many things beside oral cancer.

Also they will be able to see immediately if you have thrush, which is caused by HPV, which has slightly different reactions to treatments. Get thee to a doc...STAT!

Thrush isn't caused by HPV.
It's a fungal infection. An imbalance if you like of the normal flora.
HPV is a virus.
