Thank you for the words of encouragement and hope!

My surgeon will perform a biopsy this week on what I believe(he doesn't)to be a new tumor. It's been there longer than two weeks so I went in.

In the meantime, I'm in the process of making an appointment with a team of 3 head and neck specialists(all disciplines)at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center here in Louisville.

I would also like to say that my surgeon responded when I asked him about the reduction in a patch of leukoplakia on my tongue that, "It does look less active there."

It went down after I started swishing and drinking green tea.

I drink two glasses of green tea beverage mix from *Tea Tech* every day totalling 600 mg of antioxidants. I also swish and drink 4-6 cups of Lipton green tea in addition to that.

I hope that it turns out to be nothing. I'm sure you're like me and everything in your mouth is reason for panic. We're here for you and rooting for you. I think that much green tea would keep me awake all night. I have a very low tolerance for caffiene.
