this is the first time I've looked at this thread due to the fact I don't have an iphone and apps for Blackberry are either missing or crap.

I think the one that might be missing is the answer to the question that is most often asked by healthcare professionals

No I don't have any allergies
or
Besides hospitals/my wife/work/chemo/stupid questions/repetitive questions/upbeat nurses/people who can't read my file/loud visitors/visitors who won't leave; I don't have any allergies

Alex managed to have a different answer to this question on every occasion which had to be upwards of 100 times he was asked during treatment and follow up

I love it. With my speech impediment, I could not be as discursive as Alex, so I just answered; Allergic to Bullshit.
Only once did a nurse laugh so hard she actually gave me one of those fire-engine red wrist bands for allergies with"bullshit" written on it. I should have kept it to recycle each time as I've never convinced anyone to do it, even though I put it in all my medical questionnaires
