His oncologist prescribed antihistamines twice a day. This helped for awhile but now he is having trouble again. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you may have found that helps this condition. Thank you! | | | | Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 128 Senior Member (100+ posts) | Senior Member (100+ posts) Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 128 | Hi,
Has your husband seen an opthamologist? My dad also experienced some eye problems, but we were told that it couldve been caused by radiation. Wouldn't hurt to see an opthamologist. Unfortunately, just another doctor to add into the equation :-(. Good luck and please keep us posted!

It is apparently strictly chemo related. | | | | Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 22 Member | Member Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 22 | My mother has macular degeneration...before she started her 8 wks of Erbitux she could see her own face in the mirrow...after about 4 treatments....her sight was gone. She and our family felt it was the Erbitux that took her sight the rest of the way. Jane
