Its easy to add a signature. It also helps us to help you. Its much easier to answer your questions if we understand your history.

Click on the "My Stuff" tab. On the drop down menu click on "edit profile". Scroll to the bottom and type in the white box and "submit".

To make your own thread, click on the topic section you think it should go under. (Hint.... General should be a last resort.) For example, "Currently in Treatment", next towards the top left corner of the new page click on "New Topic". Write what you want and "submit".
