The study's implications are that emphasis has to be made to prevent changes in the microbial flora of the oral cavity. This can be achieved by reducing sugar intake, using probiotics when indcated, avoiding unnecessary use of antibiotics, and maintaining good dental and oral hygiene. Interesting article. I hope the probiotics in my Jevity 1.5 are doing the trick. Even more interesting to me was your March 23 post on your blog which started off with this attention grabber: [quote]Patient input and participation in one's care are extremely important.
