I got a tip for you all, don't bite your tongue. smile I bit the soup out of my tongue yesterday, and the only side of I can eat on at that. I woke up this morning and it was still hurting. I took a look at it, and if I hadn't of bit my tongue I think I would have freaked. It looks bad. It is bruised underneath my tongue, and blood red spots on the underneath tip of my tongue in the front opposite of where I bit it. I am hoping this goes away in a few days. I had not looked at my tongue in awhile, and hoping this red stuff was no there before. It sure does hurt. Normally when I bite my tongue it doesn't get all this blood shot. I guess the best way to explain it is that the underside of my tongue is all blood shot and so is the underside tip of my tongue. OUCH! I hope I explain it good enough.

Thanks for the tip. Here's another. Don't slam the back of your head on a steel cross beam. People may tell you that you are hard headed but that steel will win. I did that at work last week and still have a tender head.
