Christine, is Jim still in the hospital? I haven't been on the site in a good while and was sorry to ready that they couldn't do the entire surgery b/c of the infection in his jaw. I will definitely be keeping him in my prayers. Thanks for the updates and hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

He's certainly having a hard time.

Christine:
Thanks for posting on Jim. I knew you'd eventually get some word on him, and let us know. I'm glad he can be home for Christmas. When you talk to his daughter, or whoever, tell him we are all praying for a successful surgery. Thanks again.

Oops, I goofed on that one. Re-read your post, Christine, and see the surgery is the 14th, so that's real soon. My prayers are with him, as well as all his other "fans." I'm sure he knows this because of the million cards he received when we could sent them. Do you know if we can send cards after the 14th? Thanks again,
julieann

Jim's surgery on the 14th will be 'the big one'. I will check about cards but it is a great idea to shower him again with cards. I know he has a special place in his heart for his OCF family. He really appreciates all the cards. I will pass along everyone's well wishes and keep everyone posted.
