i do have one more question. the lump i had on my tongue is still there but its getting smaller..should i stll be worried? even though the dr said no cancer.i do see him next week.
having a direct laryngoscopy & biopsy and ct scan....9-18-11
dr might take my thyroid out.

Hopefully the lump on your tongue should subside so I do not see any reason to be worried. However, I would advice to keep an eye and do not wait to see a doctor as long as you did first time, if something suspicious comes up. Have you got your thyroid results? Hoping that to be clear too.
