Well, I do believe I have my first cavity since treatment. It hurts terribly when I eat anything that has to be chewed up as it is on the side I can chew on. I am seeing the dentist today and hoping it is an easy fix. The gift that keeps on giving, but I can deal with this.

Ugh not fun. I think cavities are ok though painful hopefully it will just be a filling no extractions! I hate my cloudier trays but use them because of this... Though I do wonder if they really are preventative. Good luck!

I use flouride every night. Well, Went to my wonderful dentist he said a crown was needed. He did it right then. I already had a composite on this tooth about 11 years ago. He said that the dry mouth and age caused it to crack and exposed the nerve. He wanted to take care if right away because he did not want to risk it getting down to the bone and causing more problems due to me having had radiation previously.
