I just wanted to let you know Ken passed away suddenly yesterday morning. I woke up to commotion and he was bleed profusely from his mouth. We called 911 and by the time they got here from the next town over he was basically gone. They said a blood vessel must have burst. They said it was likely either from radiation damage or that the cancer had started to erode one of his arteries.
It was the most horrific thing I have ever experienced. He had been so strong through all of this and he was so scared at the end. I am glad it happened quickly though in the grand scheme of things. I can only hope that he is now at peace and watching over me and Morgan.

Thank you very much for all of the support you gave us during these last few months.

That is so sad, Jill, and just want to add my sympathy, along with all the others. Knowing Ken is in Gods loving hands should comfort you, and he is now free from pain! You now have a wonderful, peaceful Guardian Angel watching over you and Morgan. Congratulations.
Hugs from Julieann

I'm so sorry, Jill - I cannot imagine the pain and the sadness you must be feeling and how difficult it must have been for both you and Ken. I'm sure that he is with you in spirit, and wanting so much to comfort you. I hope that in the days ahead, you will be able to find peace in the happy memories you both shared.
