I remember listening to audio books on the way to and from the university where I was teaching and there were times when I got home that I would be sitting in the driveway for several minutes because I was so engrossed in the plot of the book. Re the Manuka honey, anything that helps, I would say "Go for it!" but do make sure to check it out with your doctor.
