HI Everyone,
I am pretty quiet on here, but I do read what you all write.
I am currently undergoing HBO treatments. I have been through 11 of them and have to do 30 total so they can remove a tooth. I had so many cavities and I had to also get 2 root canals that of course insurance does not cover.

But my eyes are a bit messes up, seeing blurry with my glasses, I am told it goes away a few weeks after you are done with the thearpy, I sure hope so.

Hope you are all doing as well as you can be!
Much love and peace

cindy

Cindy, your eyes probably will get worse before they get better. It happened to me every time I did HBO. Good luck with the HBO!!!

Cindy - I hope your HBO treatments are going well. I did 30 dives in 2004 for a tooth extraction and did 60 dives in 2007.My eyesight in 2004 came back to normal after a few weeks but in 2007,one eye came back to normal and one didn't.I'm guessing it was because I had the maximum allowed that caused that.My oral surgery in 2007 was rather extensive but the HBO did help it heal completely. My biggest issue with HBO is death by boredom !!

32 Year Oral Cancer Survivor.CURED!!Right neck dissection.5000 rads plus radium needle implants in the tongue. Also had alternative treatment in Germany from Dr. Hans Neiper in 1982.The combination of ALL the treatments cured me.

It is an unusual occurrence to have permanent damage done to your vision from HBO. As with any treatment there are always side effects and things that can go wrong. This is why you see it so often on the forum 'everybody is different'. I have done a total of 125 HBO dives. There is no such thing as a maximum limit of sessions. If my doc felt I would benefit from more I would be having more. In fact my ENT had mentioned doing a few more dives to help me heal, I wasnt interested in that option unless absolutely necessary. I am a big supporter of HBO, Ive seen first hand the healing benefits it helps with.
