Yeah the blinking thing is one of the possible side effects of my nerve graft. My right eye doesn't blink on its own anyway (thank you gold eyelid weight) so that may be helpful smile


Of course all that winking is gonna get me in trouble lol...yeehaw

Re the winking, I don't know if this means anything, but I had an aunt who had a continual winking in one eye and she never had cancer or any kind of H/Neck surgery. At various times, later in life, I had a few winking eye episodes but they never lasted more than a few days at a time. I thought it was something hereditary but I have noticed that since my divorce, more than 20 years ago, my winking episodes have disappeared. I also don't get headaches anymore since the big D. wink

LOL Just smiling big time here. What is vanilty anymore? We are here to live thru this stuff and enjoy life. Hell with the looks unless we have a contest for us as leftovers. LOL I knew Eric and Christine would have good answers. I luved them.


Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
