Didn't mean to imply that you were hawking LF. I really did find it comforting that this health powder used those FOS in my Jevity. I get carried away a little bit on "powders" and "shakes" instead of real food since I'm on this PEG. It's not just the health benefits but texture and eating etc. The idea of foregoing that if you could eat, well like the song says

got to run, time for my dinner of real food albeit after the Vitamix: Tonight is Vegetarian Enchiladas (soy crumbles instead of meat) with roasted parsnips. I;m the sous chef: I peeled the parsnips, cut them up, diced the onions, jalapenos, and garlic cloves while my wife does all the cooking. She'll fix my plate and I will dump it into the Vitamix, add water, hit "pulverize" and in 90 seconds it will be suitable to put down my feeding tube. I can't taste it, but I can savor dinner with my wife.
Somehow even the most organic "healthy" powders don't compare.

Wow!
I was never on a feeding tube (probably should have been), but was ordered by everyone to chug down 2000 calories/day by drinking Ensure. I could not handle the taste, nor could I understand how those ingredients were actually good for me. I set out to build my own drinks and base it on quality of calories. If I need to consume x calories, they may as well each mean something.
