Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 167 | Hey All - just wanted to pass on a product that my RO nurse recommended for both my Erbitux rash and on-coming radiation "burns." If I had known it would work as well as it has I would have RUN to Whole Foods to get it immediately! It's an all natural product called Calendula made from the marigold flower - I bought the Calendula cream ( www.boironusa.com) and Calendula Salve ( www.calendulaskincare.com) I did a search for "calendula" on this site and nothing came up so not sure if you all know about it and have been keeping it a secret from the Newbies (kidding of course!!) Anyways, I have no connection to these companies whatsoever - my skin just let out a long HUGE sigh of relief the moment I put it on that I just had to pass it on to any of you who might be struggling with skin issues. Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 8 | Make sure you do not put lotion on prior to having your radiation treatments. After you are finished is alright to put lotion on but never before.
