CG to my husband, Matt. Dx June 2009 Stage IV Oropharengeal SCC right tonsil primary with distant metastases. Rad to neck- Surgeries to lungs- Every avail chemo - ran out of options Jan 2012, called for hospice help Feb 2012, at rest March 19, 2012.

Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 4,918 Likes: 70 | I'm not a doctor, but in 12 years of talking with patients, attending cancer conferences where cases are presented, and monitoring these forums, I have never seen it. I caution that there are no absolutes in cancer.... so make sure that your doctors are aware of the situation. I hope that this turns out to be nothing serious.
