He told me last night he drinks the beer so he's not hungry...wth? Stupid answer. He can eat...right? I mean if you can eat oatmeal twice and mashed potatoes and gravy, and soups that I pureed in the past...why do you stop eating? He said when the swelling goes down in his throat he will eat more(the swelling WAS getting better, I think maybe he knows something he don't want to tell me?)I'm done fighting with him. I took his cans from his feeding tube down the basement(he lives down there anyway with his beer and cigs), as well as his Boost 12 pk that has been sitting on my kitchen floor since Oct 24th with 7 left and almost a full case of the "formula." I don't want to see it anymore so I know what he is NOT eating. I don't want it in my face. I put away the instant oatmeal, the instant single serve potatoes, the canned cream soups that I leave on the sink out for him back into the cupboard and cleaned up my kitchen this morning, no signs of anything he needs to eat. I will continue NOT to speak to him while he is drinking, I hate talking to him when he's drunk, what's the point right? I am done trying since he is done also. PS I called his doc yesterday for anti-depressants, still waiting for the call back from him. I wonder if they called it into the pharmacy and forgot to call me back, so I will be on the phone this am.

Take care, Eileen

She's doing something for another doc today she said so waiting for her to get a chance to call me. I just don't know which Doc to actually talk to...the one who took out the cancer/the one who did the transplant/the radioligist...he hasn't seen his "primary" doc since 2004 maybe, it's all been docs associated with cancer. But I'll get hold of somebody...and I know allll about anti depressants but with me, when I was on them back in 1997 I couldn't drink hard liquor, BUT I was able to drink a "couple" beers. Liquor knocked me out. He needs to be knocked out! He needs a day of sleep and rest his body, I am so hoping this rainy cold day he maybe stayed in bed and watched TV. that is the only time he will not drink and will be hungry to try and eat. One can only hope...
