School is in full swing and the stress is back, but I love it. Anyway, For the last few days I have noticed the right side of my neck has a dull pain that will not go away. It is not anything I need meds for, but just annoying. I have also started to have ear pain again after a few months pain free. I just had a clear scan last month. Is this a side-effect or something I need to contact my ENT or RO about?

No one can be sure what is normal or not. You know the drill, you should contact your ENT specialist and get checked out, otherwise you will worry yourself into a frenzy.

Thoughts are with you. I periodically get ear pain, which I find is usually due to spasm of some of the small muscles adjacent to the sternocleidomastoid muscle. This can be a side effect of the radiation fibrosis that sets in. Can't tell if you had neck dissection, but that also makes the whole thing worse.
Keep us posted, but with BOT and the treatment that is used for that, neck issues are common.

The waiting part of having something checked out is the worst but it is better to find out than to keep worrying. It may not be anything serious at all. Try to get some sleep tonight or do whatever you can to relax. Sending positive vibes your way.

Along with everything else have some blood work done to test your thyroid (TSH) levels. The night sweats may be cause by radiation damage to it and it usually takes months post Tx to show up.
Good luck today.
