Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 108 | Thank you all for your prayers. My anxiety hit the roof that morning. I had my "moment", now I've pulled myself up by the boot straps and continue to fight the fight.
Carol has been getting out of bed, sitting in a chair for a while. The Drs. have written orders for her to start walking which will be happening today. I jokingly asked the Dr. if he's sure he wants to do that because Carol would continue to walk out the door! LOL. She has her lucid moments, morphine fogs and an occasional bout of paranoia, undoubtedly from the drugs.
Taking it one day at a time...
