I like the PET-CT resolution but I have a problem. I am not able to lay on my back. I cannot swallow my saliva so I choke in that position. My last PET-CT was perfectly dreadful with the nurses covering my mouth and wiping saliva all over my face - yuck right. No one seems willing to let me take the test on my stomach. I am open for advice or suggestions. Please help. mark

Although I just ended up practicing not choking, there is an alternative. If you do a search on the right with "stand up MRI", you'll find a thread about the new MRI's. Here's my search result link Stand up MRI _________________________

I'm waiting patiently to hear back from him (hands on hips, toe tapping). The machine looks like the answer to my problem, fingers crossed. mark
