Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 7 | Shaun, no one can diagnose you over the internet. Only a biopsy would tell you if you had cancer. If you are concerned please see your doctor. If you had cancer, you would have shown other syptoms over the past 2 years which is a very long time for oral cancer. You would have become very ill and most probably would not be here.
