It does help, but isn't going to change your world completely.

I think here you could sue under the disabilty discimination act. Sick note who sits next to me at work and had 85 days sick last year (on top of her 25 days annual leave), because she has endomitriosis, is covered. She thinks I am her friend so showed me the letter and giggled. I was so angry, my company are cutting down the accountancy staff and they are too scared to touch her in case she sues. Who's most junior after that? ME! My boss said he would defend me if redundancies started so I should be relatively ok. It's unfair how some people can get away with so much. Hope you can get some deal in writing. listen to you solicitor.

I also made the offer this year to do anyone's taxes for free when they made a donation to the OFC. I don't remember any minimum being required, just a donation. So the offer still stands. http://oralcancersupport.org/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=92614#Post92614Sorry about the F & I vs Salesman comment. However, I'm just finding out right now that the rad DR treating me put "Not applicable" under "date patient was totally disabled unable to work".
I'm a programmer. I can't concentrate enough to be able to program.
Doesn't being in treatment qualify as short-term disability?
