I came up in the hotel business, first as a bellman and then front desk, auditor, bartender etc...then went into customer service to try and climb some corporate ladders. It worked and I'm happy for the experience but man I don't miss the hours or the issues. Good customer service is important to any company, so your job is soo important.
I look forward to the day I can get back to being productive again.

I am so glad that you are taking responsibility for the bad economy. Now I know what to tell my clients.
I also would prefer to go on the road with a 20 something female blond sex bomb but at my age I guess I am down to Eric. No offense there Eric but I'm sure you feel the same way or at least I hope so!!

But if you wife doesn't let you go, we can make you the official "middle aged" frack if you want, by power invested in me by the Lords of Kobol and my "Pope of the Universal Life Church Monastery" certificate my sister bought me last year for my birthday. (We all got tired of waiting for the Holy Ghost to have the cardinals make me the Roman Catholic Pontiff). Then it could be the Fabulous Frack Road Show & Tour with complimentary testosterone patches for the audience so they could be as manly as us. 65 yr Old Frack Stage IV BOT T3N2M0 HPV 16+ 2007:72GY IMRT(40) 8 ERBITUX No PEG 2008:CANCER BACK Salvage Surgery 25GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Apaghia /G button 2012: CANCER BACK -left tonsilar fossa 40GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Passed away 4-29-13

David...feel free to send your clients to me. I get yelled at all the time about the economy so I have some great "I understand" "it's a hard time" "you have enough cash value, you don't have to make your premium payment this year" That's the real crowed pleaser!!
