I would give anything to be able to remember close to a year of my life. Your mom went thru hell even tho she was out of it. This I know 1st hand. It's terrible. You are a great son and I am glad she has you.. Jim

If anyone wants to send her a PM, just send it to both her and me. Now that she is allowed visitors, I will be stopping in to see her a few times a week and I will be glad to print it out and take it to her to read. She cant have flowers, but paper was OK to bring in the room. Then when she gets back on-line and is recuperating at home, she can keep busy responding to all your well wishes.
When I gave her the long list of everyone who has been posting on this thread, I dont think she really believed me. And I know she is a little down in the dumps I certainly would be so perhaps this will bring a smile to her face.
Travis, your mom did tell me that youve been there every day. She has been through hell and back, and between the medication and being locked up in that room it is enough to play tricks on your mind. A year from now this will just be a bad memory for her and for you. Just keep doing what youve been doing she really does appreciate it.

They were on a hil outside my room and I had no hill there. I guess that is why I was told and stimm am that I really don't want to know about that journey, Same for Christine.

What an amazing group you all are. I can't help but think we've found each other for a reason. I've never seen a group of "strangers" support one another and the caregivers with such compassion.

I read this every night and the support shown for everyone is overwhelming!! I wish somehow there can be a "reunion" for everyone so all could meet and just give a hug to everyone.
You are all an inspiration to me.
