Well dee day I been waiting on is in the morning at 6:30.I will waken with less tongue and tubes in my ears. Then hopefully it won't be long and I hear it is or it isn't OC back again. If not, then the Hyperbaric treatments will begin shortly after. What I really want to hear is that Christine is awake and doing fine . Then to read a post from her would be ultimate joy.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you brother. We can't afford to have much more depressing news on OCF after this spate of recurrences and death. Hard to get used to thinking of cancer as a chronic condition. Beat the odds again. In case you missed the latest Travis post at midnight, Christine appears to be doing fine and will be awake in a couple days.

I had the surgery and tubes put in today, Friday he will have the biopsy reports. My tongue hutrs like hell and it is black looking from bruising. My lips have some loose skin hnfing from the corners of them and earlier a stitch came out while i was eating soft poached eggs on crumlrd very fresh buttered bread. Then the thing started to bleed, which after a few minutes i go stopped. I called the Dr and drove to let him check it. He gave me another script for my ears too and apin pills for the tongue and some antibiotics. Anyway, LOL I am alive and still mouthy as usual. If anything happens or comes up, I will post it and thanks for boosting me all of you great friends.

So sad reading what you have to go through Jim even though it has not stopped you from being "mouthy".
Hope all goes well with the biopsy report. Let us know.
