I noticed that my throat has been very parched, dry, scratchy and sore the last few weeks. Seems to coincide with lower humidity. If anyone else has this problem, what do you do to help sooth it? I use all the Biotene products and drink plenty of fluids. Nothing seems to help and I am constantly "hacking". Last year I used a cool mist humidifier and it seemed to help a little but it put mold spots all over my ceiling.
