I am 25 months post-treatment and the tightness in my neck, if anything, is getting worse. It pulls up both sides of my neck in the front and under the jaw, from the sides down to the chest (presumably SCM) and from the shoulders up the back. The pulling in the front is apparently pressuring some nerves, which is not overtly painful, just more pressure than anything.
Exercises do not seem to be doing much. Anybody have experience other things to try?

It is heated in the microwave for about 2 minutes and then I sit it around my neck/throat like a collar for about 3/4 of an hour. It has softened up the damaged tissue and it is also very relaxing because it relieves the pulling and tightness. The one that I have is 45cm x 20cm and cost AUS $20.
