| Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 17 Member | OP Member Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 17 | I am interested in the Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (ALTENS) to replace or supplement Pilocarpine in treating his radiation-Induced Xerostomia.
I have not seen even a picture of this device, but I wonder if I could so something instead by using the electronic bone stimulator he received when he had his spinal fusion surgery on his head. After the VA spending $10,000 on him for Amifostine, I am reluctant to ask for any thing more.
