You might wish you had later. What about your children and your wife? Don't you think they would want you to at least get a biopsy? Without it, you cannot even know for sure if it is cancer. I've always believed that there is ALWAYS something you can do about whatever situation you find yourself in. You owe it to yourself and your family to DO IT! Hospitals have all kinds of financial programs that they can put you in touch with. It is great that you with AA and sober for 100 days! I'm sure they are a big help. When my husband was alive and drinking, I went to Al-Anon and I remember leaving the first meeting and feeling like a big weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Stay with AA and keep up the good work you are doing there.
