Yes, Kenny, I have a block in my mouth to hold my mouth open and tongue down! Mine was trembling most of the time they were doing the mold (I guess my whole mouth was shaking a little -- it's hard to get it to open after my surgery). And yep, you have to breathe through your nose...and I thought it made it hard to swallow, too...
