Senior Patient Advocate Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 8,311 | Please understand that for the vast majority of us, the 3 to 4 weeks POST Tx are by far the worst, then one day he will wake up and just know something is different and that he feels just a tad better than the last day and that's what I call finally walking out of that tunnel he's been in for so long. Also remember that even after that he will experience bad days and then some good days but slowly the good days will outnumber the bad days until the bad days finally go away for good.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
