lol Jim...I feel the same way. My speech is affected by my facial/tongue paralysis however I'm understood in a normal/quiet environment so I haven't felt the need to go to therapy.

I spent 6 years in speech therapy growing up due to an impediment and then went through several public speaking classes for career purposes. I've used some of the techniques learned from them however I still can't raise my voice since the neck dissection.
