Yes it might take the 2 years. I have 2 yrs in less than 2 months and i am in no way ready for real food .. Damn corn season is coming up again quick too, GRRRRRRRRRRRRR That is one thing besides a big rare steak that I miss. But I am alive and mouthy so tht's what really counts.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
