My husband was diagnosed with cellulitis in and around his port last week. Further blood cultures tested positive for bacteria in the blood and for MRSA. He is receiving antibiotics by iv each day. Does anyone have any experience with this? Im having a hard time finding any information online and I would like to have an idea of what the doctor is talking about tomorrow when we go to his follow up.
