Dysplasia does not always turn to cancer, but it should be followed closely, preferably by a doctor who specializes in OC and can jump right in if things take a ugly turn. An appointment at Ohio State is a wise idea. When you call, make sure to ask what they need in terms of lab or pathology reports, doctors' notes and the slides made from your biopsy so their pathologists can confirm the diagnosis.
