Eric, My son put me onto drinking Muscle Milk a couple of times a day about an hour before exercising. He alkso gave me one of the heavy rubber bands that you stand on and pull up tp at least your ears. I do it to the top of those things. LOL,, At 1st I only did ten, when I found out it isn't as easy as it looks, but hard to do. NOw I do 20 repetitions at a time and do them no less than 4 times a day. I do 25 to 30 one time each daily too. It works and builds you up. As you can see by my posts, I have to keep usy all day bt after awhile, your body gets into the routine. My arm muscle is coming back and the hangin fat has almost disappeared too. LOL if I had teeth, I owuld look human again. Try it and I bet you will feel better and have more go power.


Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
