I had rads and Erbitux and not much reaction to my hair at all. THe mouth is my problem too. Everything has to be bland and if it isn't after the 1st bite it all taste balnd anyway. They took all of my teeth for rad seed implants in my tongue and my mouth drives me crazy with pain and the well known dryness. I agree with you about some of the side affects and I was the 1st for rad seed implants in this area. I just keep my blender firewd up and make soup out of everything but good solid food. LOL How I wish I could.Good luck

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
