if you are in a single chamber, then no electronics no books and no synthetics and no jewelry (that one I never got) etc. You can still watch TV through the tube.
I slept through most of the treatments. I think it was worth it. Other than the time requirement it is a non issue unless you are claustrophobic.

This is another custom island. This one could be used for ads. This spot is one of the best places for ads on your site to be placed. This can be enabled/disabled on a per forum basis.
