Thank you for the compliment, please consider that this is just my opinion.... I am not an oncologist nor MD for that matter and no one can be diagnosed over the net. This forum provides a great platform for ideas/experiences that you can take and discuss with your team.
My young MO also was initially proposing to continue with additional chemo after the radiation/concurrent chemo, and while I did want to get rid of the beast once and for all, there was no clear benefit/indication and some additional risks. This was discussed with the MO and in the end I did not go for it. Apparently, the fact that I was still "moving" after the treatment made him think.... hmm he can take some more!
Now the sage thing... makes me feel old, like Dumbledore ..... (watch out David I just might turn you into a frog!)
