Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 489 | I had the first appointment with the prosthodontist today. We only removed a crown that will be replaced and did a cleaning today. I did discover a benefit from having my neck sliced open twice. When he put the big needle in to numb my gum, I did not feel the "big stick" that I normally feel. My jaws are sore now from having them stretched so well for me today which I told him was probably good for them.
