And like all good CPAs, David is technically correct on the radiation nomenclature. I blame my RO still uses the old Rad scale (which even Wikipedia lists as "largely obsolete". ) Moreover, I would not have had to worry about a recurrence if they had given me 720,000 Rads, as that would have been beyond my lifetime warranty and resulted in an involuntary recall to the manufacturer.
